Motown Historial Museum, a Detroit-based organization related to the music industry, recently purchased an 11,000-square-foot light industrial/office property in Southfield, Michigan.
The organization plans to use the property for many of its historical items and information accumulated over its legendary history.
Bahn Management Company, who owned and operated the property for many years, was the seller. Robert Pliska of Sperry Van Ness (SVN) Property Investment Advisors represented the seller in the transaction. CORE Partners represented the purchaser.
Southfield Michigan is located in the geographic center of the metropolitan Detroit area – about 20 miles north of downtown Detroit.
