CBRE|Martin announced that Two Men and a Truck®, a moving and storage company, has leased 20,000 square feet of office space in the Corporate Centre located, 5913 Executive Drive in Lansing, Michigan.
The facility will support initiatives related to customer service, national sales and expansion. The team will be backed by advanced technological, service and information support processes for their franchisees and customers. The space had previously been used as a service/call center so it was a perfect fit for the company.
Corporate Centre is the former headquarters building for Jackson National Life Insurance Company® in south Lansing. Although Jackson still maintains a portion of its functions in this facility, approximately one third of the space is leased to private sector firms.
A team of office advisors from CBRE|Martin represented Jackson, and Senior Associate and Industrial Advisor, Julie O’Brien, represented the tenant, Two Men and A Truck in the transaction.
