Copaken Brooks is welcoming Superior Moving & Storage to the firm’s Downtown Business Park. The company started leasing 86,363 square feet at 3177 Mercier in Kansas City, Missouri, beginning May 1.
Superior is a family-owned local business. The company began leasing 35,000 square feet of the building in 2014 for storage. It recently sold its 2020 Walnut property, moving its full operation to Downtown Business Park as its new headquarters.
