M&R Development celebrates opening of rental building in Itasca

M&R Development opened The Residences at Hamilton Lakes Business Park in Itasca, Illinois.

The upscale community of apartments sits on a 10.7-acre site and is the first luxury rental property developed in the business park which includes over 3 million square feet of office space as well as restaurants and two hotels. The property will be managed by RMK Management.

The Residences at Hamilton Lakes includes three four-story buildings offering a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans along with in-unit laundry and private outdoor space. Prices range from $1,340 up to $3,180.

Residents have access to a clubhouse and 7,500-square-feet of amenities including an outdoor pool, pergola, cabanas, media room, gym, business center, demo kitchen, spa, sauna, steam room, pet spa, bike sharing and storage and vehicle charging stations.
