Opportunities in Developing High-Performance Space and Data Centers will be held May 17 at the Golden Valley Country Club in Golden Valley, Minn. Minnesota Real Estate Journal has applied for four hours of real estate continuing education for this conference.
Running from 8 a.m. until noon Central standard Time, the event will identify the major players in the data-center industry, look ahead to future trends in the industry and outline the government incentives available for the development of data centers. The conference will also cover the basics of site selection for data centers, the reasons behind the data-center boom and how real estate professionals can collaborate in the design process.
