Muinzer and T2 Capital Management recently acquired Basham Rentals in West Lafayette, Indiana. The acquisition includes the entire Basham Rentals student-housing portfolio of 33 properties adjacent to Purdue University.
Muinzer begain investing in student housing in 2002 and is one of the largest owners in the Big Ten and SEC conferences. In 2023, the company plans to double the size of its team while acquiring an additional $500 million of student-housing assets near high-growth universities.
