Carrie Wagener and Eric Wagener of Owen Wagener & Co. recently leased 20,330 square feet in two separate transactions at the 131-137 Diversey building in Elmhurst, bringing the 52,378-square-foot multi-tenant property to 100 percent occupancy.
135 Diversey, a 13,133-square-foot office/warehouse unit, was leased to Hilti Inc., a provider of technology to the global construction industry. 133 Diversey, a 7,197-square-foot office/warehouse space was also leased to Ideal Moving Systems, a full-service moving company. Both units have 24-foot clear ceiling height and individual docks and drive-in doors.
