Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated the $3.95 million sale of a 13,000-square-foot retail center in Adrian, Michigan. Adrian Commons, located at 1515 E. US-223, is multi-tenant building that’s currently 100 percent leased.
Duke Wheeler, vice president with Reichle Klein Group, represented the Tennessee-based seller, Blitz Hutton One, LLC. Wheeler has been involved with the leasing of this asset since 2008.
