Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail center located at 14702-14740 S. Cicero Avenue, Midlothian, Illinois. The 73,284-square-foot property center, Mid-Oak Plaza, sold for $6,250,000.
Mid-Oak Plaza is anchored by a Walgreens location and other tenants include Charter Fitness and Subway, The buyer was a private real estate investor based in the southern suburbs of Chicago. Chad Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the seller, a prominent acquisition and development company from the Chicagoland area.
“The buyer was able to acquire a retail center in the heart of a strong neighborhood setting,” said Firsel. “The property experienced excellent absorption during the previous ownership period and these tenants are not subject to the whims of e-commerce.”
