Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $3,249,669. Adrian Mendoza, first vice president, Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, senior vice presidents and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Mendoza, Weisenbeck and Sharko. The Family Dollar-anchored center is located at 1000 E. 162nd Street in South Holland, adjacent to an ALDI. The center is 100 percent occupied and all tenants operate under net leases. Six out of 15 tenants have occupied their space for an average of 25 years. The property procured multiple offers and was sold to a private investment group.
