The Chicago Apartment Association (CAA) held its 16th Annual Apartment Industry Outlook Oct. 9, where some of Chicago’s top owners and developers talked insights, analysis, and future predictions.
The crowd of industry owners, managers and suppliers got to hear perspectives on both the national and Chicago markets. The discussion focused fundamentals continuing to spur growth development based on supply and demand relevant to the evolving product types, trends and issues impacting bottom line.
