CBRE has announced that 11411 Addison Ave. in Franklin Park, a 305,000-square-foot office/warehouse on 13.5 acres, sold to MultiGroup Logistics.
The well-maintained building has 20-foot clear heights, 12 docks and approximately 22,000 square feet of office space. The property is located within minutes of O’Hare and offers 300-plus parking spaces.
CBRE’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zachary Graham brokered the sale.
