Muskin Elam Group completed the sale of Swedish Hill Apartments, a boutique multifamily community at 1009 E. 16th St. in Austin, Texas’ popular East Central submarket.
The firm represented the property’s original developer, concluding 40 years of ownership. Swedish Hill Apartments is conveniently located near the University of Texas, Dell Seton Medical Center, and the Moody Center.
The property was acquired by a tax-exchange buyer making its first investment in the Austin market. The closing represents the group’s fourth transaction in the past two months.
