NAI Isaac brokered the sale of the 79,142-square-foot Stonewall Shopping Center at 3101 Clays Mill Road in Lexington, Kentucky.
The center was sold to a local investment group.
Al Isaac, president of NAI Isaac, represented the seller. Eli Mashhi of Keller Williams represented the buyer. NAI Isaac will handle the management responsibilities for the center.
