NAI Cressy added Jack Whitlock to its Indianapolis brokerage team, marking continued growth for the firm’s expanding presence in Central Indiana.
Whitlock brings a strong foundation in construction experience, project management, and organizational leadership, offering clients a well-rounded and practical perspective.
A Fishers, Indiana native, Whitlock earned his degree in Construction Management and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Purdue University. His early career as a Project Engineer equipped him with real-world experience coordinating teams, analyzing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple stakeholders — skills that translate directly into guiding clients through site selection, transactions, and long-term planning.
Whitlock later stepped into a leadership role supporting skilled-trade programs, where he streamlined operations, strengthened partnerships, and worked closely with professionals across the industry. He also brings experience as a rental property owner, giving him firsthand insight into investment considerations and asset management.
At NAI Cressy, Whitlock will support clients across office, medical, institutional/educational, flex/industrial, and land asset classes. He will work alongside the Indianapolis brokerage team — Andrew Follman, CCIM, Joe Lonnemann, Luke Troyer, and Anna Konrath — contributing an analytical and disciplined mindset that complements the strengths of the group.
