NAI Cressy and NAI Vegas worked together to help Blossom Bariatrics, a surgical weight-loss center, acquire a 13,376-square-foot ambulatory surgery center in Franklin, Indiana, where it plans to establish its Midwest presence.
Presently, the surgical weight loss company operates in Las Vegas, Nevada. With both clinical and procedural capabilities, the new center will offer customers residing in the eastern Unites States and Midwest a more convenient location for services.
The acquired property, located at 5002 E. State Road in Franklin, Indiana, is situated on nine acres with access to Interstate-65, just 35 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport.
