Thanks in part to three brokers with Akron, Ohio-based NAI Cummins, a new 23,700-square-foot retail location for Tractor Supply Co. will soon rise at the Tri-County Plaza retail center in East Akron, Ohio.
Tractor Supply Company is the largest retail farm and ranch store in the United States, operating more than 1,150 retail stores in 45 states and employing more tahn 17,000.
The retailer recently signed a 10-year lease with the Tri-County Plaza. The retailer will join such existing tenants as JC Penney and Jo-Ann Fabric at the shopping center.
Jennifer Fernandez, Jeff Davis and David Kaplan with NAI Cummins brokered the deal on behalf of Tri-County Plaza’s ownership.
