The Hooley House bar and restaurant has signed a lease for the former Steak on a Stone location “on the hill” in Montrose/Copley near Akron, Ohio.
Jeff Davis and David Kaplan with NAI Cummins represented the owners of the property.
The property was originally built as a Don Pablos and in later years became Steak on a Stone, a restaurant that was in this location for six years.
The Hooley House is a sports bar, restaurant and music venue. The restaurant’s owners plan to open the venue in February.
