The Turner’s Mill office/retail complex located at 36 E. Streetsboro Road in Hudson, Ohio, sold on March 13, thanks to the help of NAI Cummins Real Estate.
Turner’s Mill is anchored by Rosewood Grill, Dollar Bank and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Financial Advisors, all in long-term leases.
Ellsworth Partners, LLC, which redeveloped the property in 2010, sold it to Streak Investments-Hudson I, LLC for $2.18 million.
