Akron, Ohio-based NAI Cummins recently sold a former Big Boy restaurant in Akron to TJ Circle One.
The vacant building is about 7,000 square feet and sits on 1.19 acres. The property sold for $500,000.
Jeff Davis, senior account executive with NAI Cummins, was the listing agent for the property. He handled both sides of the transaction.
