Robert Wetzel, broker associate of the Wetzel Group of Cleveland’s NAI Daus, recently closed two office/warehouse transactions in Northeast Ohio.
Earnest Machine Products recently signed a lease to occupy 19871 Ingersoll Road in Rocky River, Ohio. The company is expanding, and will use the 10,000 square feet for product testing. Wetzel served as lead in this transaction, representing the landlord.
In another deal, Wetzel represented the seller in a 7,500-square-foot office/warehouse facility on 4.19 acres in Newbury Township, Ohio. The buyer, Lennon Equipment Company, will use the facility for the business of buying and selling heavy equipment. The company will take occupancy in May of 2011.
