NAI Daus represented Noble Summit I&II, LLC in the disposition of a multi-family building at 2734 Noble Road in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, to Noble Summit Apartment Properties LLC in Boston.
The 50-unit apartment complex sold for $1.33 million, or $26,600 a unit, on Jan. 30 after being marketed for four months.
