The Midwest is seeing more signs that the commercial real estate market is beginning a slow, but hopefully steady, recovery. The latest came from the Cleveland office of NAI Daus.
Robert Wetzel, a broker associate at Cleveland-based NAI Daus, recently completed a $595,000 investment Sale to 4963 Properties LLC.
The 5,200-square-foot retail strip located in Stow, Ohio, was on the market for only 30 days until 4963 Properties LLC placed the property under contact.
Great Clips and Bruegger’s Bagels occupy the retail center. There is 1,400 square feet of unoccupied space available, which Chris Seelig of NAI Daus is exclusively marketing for lease.
Wetzel represented the Seller, Omni Fishcreek 91 LLC, and was the lead in this transaction.
