A new McDonald's will soon open in University Heights, Ohio

Residents of University Heights, Ohio, who crave Big Macs and Quarter Pounders will soon have a shorter drive, thanks to Cleveland-based NAI Daus.

The brokerage recently completed a deal to bring McDonald’s to University Heights. To make this happen, workers will demolish a 24,000-square-foot shopping center in the city of University Heights. McDonald’s will then build a new location on the 1.18-acre parcel.

McDonald’s signed a 20-year ground lease, and plans to open for business in December.

Chris Seelig, director of retail services at NAI Daus, represented McDonald’s in the deal. NAI Daus also represented the property owner in this transaction.
