Robert Wetzel, broker associate with Cleveland’s NAI Daus, recently completed an office transaction in Northeast Ohio, bringing ETi Solid State Lighting Inc. to the greater Cleveland area.
ETi signed a lease for 4,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 26650 Renaissance Parkway. The company will manufacture LED general lighting products.
