NAI Daus has represented Roundstone Management in the acquisition of 15422 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood, Ohio. This historic buidings is the former First Church of Christ Scientist building.
Scott Garson, partner of NAI Daus, represented the buyer.
The building is designated as a historic property. Garson worked with the city of Lakewood to secure a $50,000 forgivable economic development loan for renovations to the building.
