NAI DESCO recently arranged the sale of one of the largest senior-living communities in the St. Louis area, the Cedars of Town & Country, a 261,595-square-foot facility on 25.43 acres.
The property sold for $34 million on Feb. 1.

The Cedars of Town & Country contains 230 skilled-nursing beds, 22 residential care II beds and 54 assisted-living beds. Located in West St. Louis County in Chesterfield, Missouri, the facility has been renamed Mason Point.
