Two brokers with St. Louis-based NAI DESCO recently closed significant transactions, one in Illinois, the second in Missouri.
David Wittenauer of NAI DESCO assisted Iola Quarry, Inc. in the company’s recent purchase of 100.73 acres of land in Pontoon Beach, Ill. The company plans to operate a new sand mine on the site. The land, which is currently zoned industrial, was purchased from the Trustees of the Nochta Living Trust.
Gary Essman of NAI DESCO recently assisted The White Hare in its relocation and expansion in St. Peters, Mo. The White Hare, a home décor, gifts and floral shop, moved from O’Fallon, Mo., to gain more space and increased traffic. The new site is 7,300 square feet, nearly double the company’s previous space.
