Floyd Sweeney and Andy Murphy of St. Louis-based NAI DESCO recently represented Hawthorne Investments, LLC in the lease of a 120,000-square-foot industrial building in Hazelwood, Mo., to Krupp Trucking.
Krupp Trucking originally occupied 60,000 square feet in the building, but was able to double in size to occupy the entire building.
