UniGroup has renovated its headquarters building in Fenton, Missouri, and is offering excess space fro lease. NAI DESCO has been hired to market the 50,000 square feet of space at One Premier Drive.
The UniGroup campus totals more than 450,000 square feet in southwest St. Louis County near the interchange of Interstate-270 and Interstate-44. The campus is home to United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other subsidiaries.
NAI DESCO is marketing the 50,000-square-foot building – divisible to 20,000 or 30,000 square feet – to office users requiring facilities that are centrally located with easy interstate access.
The building’s interior is in white-box condition, ready for built-out to tenants’ specifications. Amenities include access to UniGroup’s workout facilities and campus cafeteria.
