Minneapolis’ NAI Everest on April 1 closed the sale of a 103,622-square-foot office and warehouse building in Bloomington, Minn.
Ron Scholder, senior vice president of NAI Everest, represented Brooks Investment Company, the seller of the property.
R&K III, LLC, an entity related to Log House Foods, purchased the building.
