Minneapolis’ NAI Everest recently negotiated the sale of an 82-unit multi-family property located at 508-510 Humboldt Ave. in St. Paul, Minn.
Gina Dingman, president of NAI Everest, handled the sale.
The property had been owned since 1963 by the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, a foundation that operates health and human-services programs throughout the east metro area of the Twin Cities. Wilder has a long history in affordable housing and continues to provide housing programs for families working their way out of homelessness.
To ensure its future ability to serve the greatest number of families, the foundation is divesting its housing properties, using funds from these sales to support its mental-heath, education, aging and housing services.
Mary Kay Palmer of Milestone Real Estate Partners, LLC represented the Wilder Foundation in this transaction. The sale is the second and final of Wilder’s buildings on the Rarig Campus in St. Paul. Previously, NAI successfully marketed 516 Humboldt Avenue and an adjacent vacant parcel.
