NAI Farbman’s Todd Szmczak represented the landlrod, Litton Loan Servicing, in this transaction.
The company also helped Walker International Transportation lease 127,925 square feet in Toledo. Doug Fura, with NAI Farbman, represented the tenant. The landlord is IBC Inc.
