Southfield, Mich.-based NAI Farbman recently closed a 56,050-square-foot lease to R. Cushman & Associates for industrial space at 12623 Newburgh in Livonia, Mich.
Doug Fura with NAI Farbman represented the landlord, 12623 Newburgh LLC.
In another industrial deal, NAI Farbman negotiated the lease of 55,628 square feet to Cequent at 36400 Halyard in Plymouth Township, Mich. Fura represented the landlord, Alidale Capital, in this lease.
