NAI Farbman’s Ron Goldstone recently represented the seller in a .69-acre industrial sale to Suburban Jackson 2 LLC. The property is located at 50 W. Delhi Road in Ann Arbor.
The company also closed the 52,909-square-foot office lease for ATOS IT Solutions and Services at 5225 Auto Club Drive in Dearborn, Michigan. NAI Farbman’s Richard Komer represented the landlord.
