NAI FMA Realty, Tetrad Property Group negotiate 28,000 square feet of leases in Lincoln office building

NAI FMA Realty and Tetrad Property Group have negotiated two leases totaling 28,000 square feet in the Olsson Associates building at 601 P Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Q2 Holdings has inked a deal for a 20,000-square-foot office space on the building’s fourth floor. Adam Marek of Collers International represented Q2 in the transaction.

HopCat signed an 8,500-square-foot lease for street-level retail space in the building. Bart Jackson of Lee & Associates represented HopCat.

Richard Meginnis and Sally DeLair of NAI FMA Realty represented the landlord, Project Oscar, on both lease transactions. Tetrad Property Group will manage the building for the landlord.
