Principals from NAI Global offices in the Midwest and Southeast gathered last week for a leadership summit in Nashville, Tenn. Agenda topics focused on serving clients, supported by strategic planning and relationship building. Hosted by NAI Nashville’s Devin McClendon and Ben Claybaker, the meetings were held over Thursday afternoon and all day Friday to allow time for both serious meeting facilitation and some social relaxation.
“We have started hosting these meetings more regularly, as we feel strongly that brokers who know each other well perform on a higher level and take better care of their clients,” McClendon said. “It is just as important for us to think critically about our clients’ holistic requirements as it is for us to know the people in our regional and national offices. These meetings augment the stellar results our clients have come to expect.”
The attendees also included Mark Wardlaw of NAI Fortis in Louisville, Ken.; Hank Martin, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Saig in Memphis, Tenn.; Maribel Koella, CCIM, SIOR and Brian Tapp, CCIM of NAI Knoxville in Knoxville, Tenn.; Wayne Wilkinson and Richard Swift of NAI Clarksville in Clarksville, Tenn.; Charles Grelier Sr., Charles Grelier Jr., CPM, CCIM, SIOR and Douglas McCullough of NAI Chase Commercial in Huntsville and Birmingham, Alabama.
