The 18,000-square-foot Brookfield property, at 12780 W. Lisbon Road, has immediate freeway access near the Zoo Interchange. The multipurpose facility has an office area of about 768 square feet and three drive-in doors, three cranes and a 16-foot clear height.
The property sold for $700,000. NAI Greywolf represented the buyer.
