Dawn Davis, an advisor with Milwaukee-based NAI Greywolf, recently represented the seller in the sale of an assisted-living portfolio in Phillips, Wisconsin.
Davis assisted the seller in locating a buyer for the 20-bed, ranch-style assisted-living facility. The 11,566-square-foot facility includes all-private bedrooms with private bathrooms and two common-area bathrooms.
The property also includes an open-concept living room and dining room just off the kitchen. Additionally, there is an activity room, laundry room, library, chapel and beauty salon.
