Steve Chen, a broker with Fort Wayne, Ind.-based NAI Harding Dahm, recently represented that city’s main newspaper, the Journal Gazette, in a recent office lease.
Chen represented the Journal Gazette, acting as landlord, and tenant CH2M Hill, Inc. on the renewal of an office lease in Fort Wayne.
Chen also represented landlord Perry & Sue Shilts and tenant Cryin’ Out Loud Productions on a new office lease also in Fort Wayne.
