Fort Wayne, Ind.-based NAI Harding Dahm closed three recent commercial transactions in the Indiana city.
Tyler Binkley represented the tenant, Quality Cleaners, on its new 1,200-square-foot retail lease in the Mapelcrest Crossing Shopping Center in Fort Wayne. Binkley also represented landlord Blackmon Real Estate and tenant Chosen Christian Beauty & Barber College on a 3,000-square-foot location in Fort Wayne.
Finally, Binkley represented tenant Comprehensive Behavorial Services on the leasing of 1,709 square feet of office space at Parkwood Office Park in Fort Wayne.
