A broker with Fort Wayne, Ind.-based NAI Harding Dahm handled both ends of a recent 50,000-square-foot industrial transaction in Fort Wayne.
Mike Dahm represented the seller, Village Gardens, as well as buyer Hall Aluminum Products, in the industrial transaction. The building sits on 6.5 acres of land.
