Bill Drinkall and Chad Glassburn, also of NAI Harding Dahm, represented tenant Gustave A. Larson Company in the lease of 32,000 square feet of industrial space at 6751 E. 30th St. in Indianapolis.
And Dan Dickey of NAI Harding Dahm represented the seller, L. DeNeal Hartman 2007 Trust, in the sale of a 17,845-square-foot office building at 6110-6112 Constitution Drive in Fort Wayne. NAI Harding Dahm’s Tyler Binkley represented the buyer, 6110 Constitution Drive, LLC.
