Mike Dahm of NAI Harding Dahm represented both the landlord, Wayne Coliseum Limited Partnership, as well as the tenant, Hall Aluminum Products, in the industrial lease of 47,668 square feet located at 2701 S. Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne.
Dan Dickey, also of NAI Harding Dahm, represented the seller, J.D. Ventures II, LLC and the buyer, Legacy Real Estate 1.0, LLC in the sale of the 9,750-square-foot industrial building located at 3204 Congressional Parkway in Fort Wayne.
John Caffray of NAI Harding Dahm represented the landlord, Terry Wagner, in the lease of office space located at 1035 Dawson’s Creek Blvd., Suite B. Russ Jehl represented the tenant, Clear Direction Marketing, Inc. in the same transaction.
