Denny Hintz, a maintenance technician with NAI Harding Dahm in Fort Wayne, Ind., was named Maintenance Technician of the Year for 2012 by the Apartment Association of Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana.
Hintz won the award at the annual Summit Celebration held by the association in early February.
