Valencia Properties, LLC has completed three new leases at 1701-1735 W. Armitage Court in Addison, Illinois totaling 22,281 square feet. NAI Hiffman executive vice presidents Mark Moran and John Whitehead represented Valencia in all three lease transactions.
In the first transaction, Whole Cubes, Inc., a new and used office furniture warehouse, plans to occupy 13,958 square feet at the building. Colliers International’s Steve Kohn represented Whole Cubes, Inc. In the second transaction, Northern Machinery, an Illinois transport company, plans to occupy 4,194 square feet at the building. Finally 2MC Hydro Graphics, a graphic designer, plans to occupy 4,129 square feet at the building. Brown Commercial Group’s Daly Guzaldo represented 2MC Hydro Graphics.
Located in central DuPage County, 1701-1735 W. Armitage Court is a multi-tenant industrial building. The building is currently 95% occupied with only one space of 4,076 square feet remaining available for lease.
