NAI Hiffman has been awarded the leasing and management of One Parkview Plaza, a 263,912-square-foot, Class A asset located at 17 W. 110 22nd St. in Oakbrook Terrace by TIAA-CREF, a financial services provider.
The NAI Hiffman leasing team of Jim Adler, executive vice president, Dan O’Neill, executive vice president, and Jud Henry, senior associate, will market existing and upcoming availabilities. The forthcoming move of major tenant, Invesco, in 2013 will create a premier headquarter option previously unavailable in the market.
“The unparalleled location, views and floor plate deliver a rare Class A trophy opportunity in a high-profile suburban location,” Adler said. “We feel this space is one of the best large blocks available in the market today.”
Prominent building signage with visibility from I-88 is available. The property, located at the “Main & Main” intersection of Route 83 and West 22nd Street in Oakbrook Terrace, currently has 125,140 square feet available for lease. Spaces range from 1,300 to 70,000 contiguous square feet. Building features include tollway signage, a deli, a sundry shop, 24-hour manned security, an ATM, covered parking and a health club that features basketball and racquetball courts.
One Parkview Plaza is the fifth Class A office building assigned to the NAI Hiffman property management team this year. In addition to One Parkview Plaza, other recent office management assignments won include Davis Company’s Edens Corporate Center in Northbrook and Franklin Street Properties’ 909 Davis St. in Evanston.
The NAI Hiffman leasing team is complemented by the property management team led by Paul DiCosola, senior property manager, and Christine Yuenger, assistant property manager. Yuenger, formerly of Hamilton Partners and a member of the building’s previous management team, joins the NAI Hiffman team to support property management and enhance tenant relations.
“We are thrilled to expand our relationship with TIAA-CREF. The One Parkview Plaza assignment is a terrific complement to our current office portfolio in the East-West corridor,” said Bob Assoian, managing director, of NAI Hiffman’s property management team. “Our leasing and management team has built an integrated service platform that works and provides results for our clients and we are excited to implement that at One Parkview Place.”
