Naperville Woods Office Center is one of the premier office assets in the East-West corridor market that features two, four-story buildings totaling over 486,000 square feet of Class A office space that is currently 98.7% occupied. This assignment adds to NAI Hiffman’s existing leasing and management portfolio including 56.6 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space in the Chicagoland market.
