NAI Hiffman recently brokered the sale-leaseback of a 251,909-square-foot warehouse located at 1455 W. Thorndale Ave. in Itasca, a few miles from O’Hare International Airport.
Executive Vice President of Capital Markets Patrick Sullivan and Executive Vice President of Industrial Services Eric Tresslar, represented Top-Line Furniture in the $36 million sale of its facility to High Street Logistics Properties, headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts. Top-Line Furniture subsequently entered into a long-term lease for the property.
1455 W. Thorndale Ave. is located in the O’Hare submarket, where the current vacancy rate is 2.09%, according to NAI Hiffman.
