NAI Hiffman recently facilitated the sale of Cornerstone Business Park in Bensenville, Illinois. Located at 1088-1130 W. Thorndale Avenue, the property features 171,250 of industrial space across 12.11 acres.
LBA Realty purchased the project from Zilber Property Group due to its ideal size and location at the corner of I-83 and the new I-390. The property was 90 percent leased at the time of the sale. NAI Hiffman executive vice president Brian Colson represented the seller, Zilber Property Group, and was the sole broker involved in the transaction. NAI Hiffman currently handles both the leasing and the management of this property.
